Online Changes and Cancellations

We start processing orders as soon as they're placed and are unable to change or cancel orders once confirmed after 24 hours. This includes changes to products, payment method, shipping address, and shipping method. If for any reason you need to cancel an order with in the first 24 hours please email with your request. 

Our Return Policy

All returns must be in their original condition. Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair; merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags and liners attached. Once any tag and liners has been removed, an item cannot be returned. Item must be returned with 30 days of the date of purchase to be considered for return.

Special order items—if your order is delayed beyond the original expected delivery date, you may cancel your special order

Finale Sale

Worn swimsuits, and personal items (such as towels and socks)

Additional Fees

Items with any tags or labels removed or purchases that were made beyond the 30 days.

Return Process

All return labels are sent free of charge via email. For every item being returned there will be a $5.00 restocking fee applied. When submitting the form below you are agreeing to these fees being deducted from your refund amount.
